Zanzibar Exhibition buildings, Mnazi Mmoja, 1905
Scope and Contents
232 x 173 mm. A view showing the rows of thatched stands, draped with Union Jacks and red Zanzibar flags, erected in the Mnazi Mmoja recreation park for the Zanzibar Exhibition of 1905. The exhibition, largely organised by R.N. Lynne, was officially opened by the Sultan on 16 Aug. See 'Zanzibar Gazette', 23 Aug. 1905.
