Drawing room, British Residency, 1905
Scope and Contents
266 x 210 mm. A view showing the palatial British Residency drawing-room. The high walls are decorated with antelope horns, spears and other artefacts, with an ornately carved wooden gallery overlooking the room. The heavy wooden furniture is also elaborately carved in the Arab style, with Zanzibar Chests against the wall.
