Grand Baraza at the Beit el Ajaib, 1901 - 1904
Scope and Contents
217 x 150 mm. A view showing a parade of officials marching past the front of the Beit el Ajaib with a military guard of honour in the background. The date and occasion have not been identified. The figure at the head of the second group is possibly Edward A.W. Clarke (1860-1913), who became Agent and Consul General for Zanzibar and German East Africa in 1909.
