93x119mm. Alan Tindal Lennox-Boyd, created Lord Boyd of Merton in 1960 (1904-1983), was Secretary of State for the Colonies 1954-1959, and was responsible for the final negotiations leading to the Independence of the Gold Coast as Ghana in March 1957.
