120 x 175 mm. Smith ‘served in East Africa in the 1914-18 War and had 30 years’ service in the Gold Coast Regiment before his discharge in 1942, now in charge of the welfare of demobilised soldiers.’ Taken at the opening session of a new Legislative Council.
