261 x 124 mm. A group portrait of about 70 Royal Artillery Officers posed on and beside a bridge they have presumably built, with lifting tackle and a cannon in the background. Identified members of the group are: Lieutenant T. Robertson, Captain Pratt, Lieutenant Fisher, Lieutenant Aikenhead, Major Carlile and Young himself.
