Scope and Contents
The typewritten caption on the reverse reads 'On the plains to the east of Accra, there is a serious water shortage both for stock and human beings. The dam built on the farm has proved very satisfactory, and in spite of the considerable surface evaporation, the dairy and other herds of cattle can be well supplied with water throughout the season'.
