The typewritten caption on the reverse reads 'The staff will receive instructions for the next day's work. £366 per month is paid out to staff and labourers. The minimum labourer's pay is 1/10d per day with free quarters. The majority of the labourers and herdsmen on the farm are from the Northern Territories'.
