Ayipa is the Treasurer of the Navrongo Administration in the Northern Territories, 1940 - 1949
Scope and Contents
Head and shoulders portrait. The typewritten caption on the reverse reads 'He alone possesses the key to the Native Treasury safe, it never leaves his possession. Any discrepancies in the Treasury are made good by him as he alone is responsible. He is one of the senior elders of the Chief of Navrongo'.
