Scope and Contents

The typewritten caption on the reverse reads 'As part of the plan to introduce mixed farming, a stock farm is run by the Sleeping Sickness Service. Cattle are bred for distribution to the villages on a communal system whereby the whole village farmland benefits from the manure'.
