Scope and Contents
166 x 108 mm. General view of circular stone houses with thatched roofs. The caption on the reverse reads 'From building round mud huts the Basuto are gradually learning the art of stone cutting and are learning to build their houses from the sand stones of their mountains'. The caption also outlines, at length, some of the measures then being used to improve the standard of living of people in Basutoland.
