Scope and Contents

A series of photographs of the National University of Lesotho. Pius XII College, Roma, was founded in 1945. It became the University of Basutoland, Bechuanaland Protectorate and Swaziland in 1964, changed to University of Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland in 1966. In 1975 the three countries instituted separate universities, and the original campus became the National University of Lesotho.
