Scope and Contents
The caption on the album page reads: 'I saw so many hippos and crocodiles during these few days and elephants on the banks that I would hardly bother to look at them. I travelled a little way up the river in a dug out from Pakwach to Muhagi. I intended to canoe down Lake Albert but gave it up owing to dangerous weather conditions'.
