Scope and Contents

A file containing a manuscript letter from Alex and Lynn Watson to Deirdre Amsden and Roger Law, c late 1990s-c early 2010s, which is accompanied by another letter, dated 1985. The first letter informs Amsden and Law that the Watsons have been 'de-cluttering' and have come across a letter from the 1980s, which mentions Spitting Image, and they wonder if Amsden and Law want the letter for their archive. The second letter is the one in question, and is typescript. This letter is addressed to the Watsons from Judge Donald Cunningham of the New Jersey Superior Court. Cunningham apologises that he and his wife could not meet for a drink, before giving a brief summary of their trip in the United Kingdom. Cunningham also thanks the Watkins for introducing him and his wife to Spitting Image, which he describes as 'hilarious.' The second letter is accompanied by its original envelope.
