Scope and Contents

242 x 193 mm. View of part of the battlements of Nagoya Castle, 90 miles ENE of Osaka on the shore of Ise Bay. The castle was built in 1612 by Ieyasa, punder of the Tokugawa Shogunate. Photograph probably by Kusakabe Kimbei.
