Material relating to the 2020 reboot of the satirical puppet television show, Spitting Image, which ran for two seasons (2020-2021) on the British television streaming service, BritBox. The series involved Roger Law and the former Spitting Image Productions Limited Director, Joanna Beresford, as executive producers.

The original intention was to reboot the series for the American television market. It was initially announced in late 2017 that talks were being held with the network, Home Box Office (HBO). By 2019, it appears that the television network, NBC, were keen to pick up the programme and a taster/pilot episode was filmed in September of that year. NBC dropped their interest in the show shortly afterwards, and in early 2020 it was announced that BritBox was the new home of the series. The first season began running on the streaming service in October 2020.

The small amount of material in the archive relating to the 2020 reboot represents to a certain degree the history of the show, mentioned above.
