John Watson Exhibition, 2002
Scope and Contents
A file containing items relating to an exhibition held at the Royal College of Art, between 13 and 24 November 2002, revolving around the works of artist and illustrator, John Watson (1960-2000). The exhibition was titled: My Mouth Is Quiet But My Mind Is Noisy. The following items are present: an invitation card for Roger Law and Deirdre Amsden to attend a private viewing of the exhibition, on 12 November; a catalogue; a press release; an exhibition leaflet; and several pieces of card featuring artwork by Watson.
On page 45 of the catalogue, there is a section of text written by Law, concerning Spitting Image Productions Limited's collaboration with Watson to develop a children's animation series for the British Broadcasting Corporation, Mr. Bigg, during the early to mid-1990s.
