The vast majority of this correspondence is in the form of faxes, and is between Roger Law and Deirdre Amsden, based in Australia at that time, with representatives at Sotheby's, the director of Spitting Image Productions Limited, Richard Bennett; and Law's brother, Martin. Other topics covered in the correspondence includes, but is not limited to: Law's and Amsden's activities in Australia, and the donation of Michael Foot and Harold Wilson puppets to the 'Labour History Museum' [People's History Museum, Manchester].

Also present is a sale catalogue for the second auction, which is accompanied by a printout of a partial eBay auction website page. That website page features the listing of a completed auction, which took place in 2013, concerning the sale of an identical catalogue.
