Scope and Contents
A file containing manuscript and typescript letters and postcards, both originals and copies, along with email printouts of correspondence between Lewis Chester and Roger Law. This correspondence focuses mainly on both their work on Law's autobiography, Still Spitting at Sixty. However, the items present also cover Law's activities in Australia, and Chester's progress on his own book that he was writing at that time [The Trouble Maker: Michael Scott and His Lonely Struggle Against Injustice, written with Anne Yates]. Also present are manuscript notes taken by Chester, which have been lifted from the contents of interview tapes with Law.
There is also a second file that holds more correspondence, which is closed until 2041.
