Press-Cuttings and Website Printouts, c 1998-2019
Scope and Contents
A box containing newspaper (and some magazine) cuttings, both originals and photocopies, along with printouts of pages taken from internet publications and blogs. These items feature articles written by or about Roger Law, and also discuss the legacy of Spitting Image. The following topics are covered, but are not limited to: a 1999 charity sale held at the Bonhams auction house, which featured items donated by Law; two auction sales of Spitting Image puppets and other items, both hosted by the Sotheby's auction house, in 2000 and 2001; various exhibitions involving Law or relating to Spitting Image between 2000 and 2017; the reboot of Spitting Image in the late 2010s; and the donation of the Roger Law Archive to Cambridge University Library in 2018.

This is an artificial file. It's contents were originally held in five different ring-bound files, along with some loose items deposited in 2023. The original five ring-bound files were: press-cuttings from 1999 to 2017; press-cuttings from 2017 to 2019; press-cuttings containing images and articles relating to the Roger Law (Early Years) era; cuttings containing images and articles relating to the Luck & Flaw era; and a file of Roger Law (Post-Spitting Image) era press-cuttings and website printouts.
