A file containing a professionally printed treatment/brochure, copies of artwork and other items relating to a proposed stop-motion animated series, The Dumps. This project was a collaboration between Spitting Image Productions Limited and its subsidiary, Screwball Films Limited, along with Elephant Productions. This project does not appear to have gone beyond the development stage.

Also present in this file is a fax copy of a letter sent by Michael Sagalyn at Byron Preiss Visual Productions to Roger Law, dated 24 January 1995, regarding their joint project on a Bill and Hillary Clinton book, and thoughts on possible future projects.
