A file containing copies of artwork, correspondence, draft and finished versions of a treatment [a written summary for a television show idea], professional headshot photographs of comedian and SIPL voice actor, Harry Enfield; press-clippings, and notes for a proposed children's television series based on the life and works of artist and musician, Gerard Hoffnung. Spitting Image Productions Limited proposed to create a series of 10-minute episodes, which would have starred Enfield as Hoffnung.

While there is material dating to around 1991, and perhaps earlier, the main development phase for this project was between 1993 and 1994.
