Britannia Poster for the Guardian Newspaper, 1991
Scope and Contents
A file containing photographic transparencies, contact prints, and polaroid black and white photographs, featuring the image of a plasticine model made by the Spitting Image Workshop, which depicts the figure of Britannia as a wheelchair-bound old woman (SI/106). This image was used for a billboard poster by the Guardian newspaper. There is a also a colour photograph of Roger Law and David Stoten dressing the Britannia model.
The photographer of the images is unknown.
