Scope and Contents
Material relating to Glover's role as Special Commissioner during the Second Anglo-Asante War, including a copy of his oath. Most of the file is comprised of numbered loose sheets torn out of a notebook. Their subjects relate to the organisation of the Volta Expedition and include intelligence gathering, transportation, logistical support, and efforts to recruit African auxiliaries.
