Scope and Contents

A file containing a variety of promotional/merchandise material that was produced by, for or relating to Luck & Flaw.

The following are present:

1. Two copies of a postcard featuring the Ebenezer Scrooge plasticine model illustration (L&F/38), which was used in the partnership's illustrated edition of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. One of the postcards has an inscription written by Roger Law. The items have been produced by Robert Wheal Cards.

2. A leaflet for a Luck & Flaw exhibition, held in the Netherlands at the Tilburg Kultureel Sentrum, between 9 February and 2 March 1977.

3. Two copies of a card leaflet, which advertises the upcoming broadcast of a BBC Arena documenatry on the partnership; this television programme was broadcast on the 21 May 1980 on BBC 2. The leaflet features the Margaret Thatcher 'Ms. Discipline' plasticine model illustration (L&F/233).

4. A brochure for the Luck & Flaw ceramic ware collection.

5. Two copies of a brochure, produced by Dutch advertising firm, PS Promotion & Productions, which advertises the various services that the partnership offers.

6. Two examples of Luck & Flaw letterhead paper, c late 1970s.

7. A set of postcards produced by Clouded Tiger Cards, which feature images of various Luck & Flaw plasticine model illustrations, previously published in magazines and other publications; c 1982-1983.
