156 x 203 mm. District Representatives present at Marlborough House in London when the Uganda Independence conference opened included the Acting Secretary General of Sebei, Mr. D.P. Asapta, Secretary General of Teso, Mr. S. Egweu and the Secretary General of West Nile, Mr. M. Boroa.
