The picture shows the two Buganda Lukiko delegations with the Secretary of State for the Colonies (Mr. Alan Lennox-Boyd) at their final meeting with him at the Colonial Office, when an agreed communiqué on the results of discussion and the agreed texts of the new draft agreements for Buganda were initialled.
