Scope and Contents
209 x 135 mm. An informal group photograph taken beside the formal pool of the Astana Anak Bukit, with the hunting party grouped around a selection of recently shot small game. In the group are, from left to right: (Possibly) Robert William DUFF (1867-1937); founder, in 1903, of the Duff Development Company; (Possibly) Captain CHARLIE; WAN YUSOFF; police officer; ABDUL HAMID, Sultan of Kedah; Raja Muda ABDUL AZIZ (d 1907); (Sir) Frank Athelstane SWETTENHAM (1850-1946). Print is signed in ink H.N. Kedah, Oct 89.
