Showing a group of nurses seated on a flag-decked horse-drawn wagon. The caption continues 'Collecting in aid of Belgium Flag day. [?] Trolley just leaving from Hospital. Nurses are in ordinary clothes and rendered 1st Aid when necessary free of charge'.
