Showing Henry Rudland in uniform standing on the veranda of Salisbury Hospital. The caption continues, 'Had no boots, foot swollen too much. Had to put on slippers. They are the large pair you sent me. This uniform is only our 'slacks' what we drill in and [for] general work. Taken in my 4" [illegible] and had a relapse'.
