Special cover envelope addressed to Janet Dudley (RGO Librarian) from the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Kavalur. One side is printed with an image of a stamp showing the Vainu Bappu Telescope Building and with an extract from a letter by William Petrie, founder of the Vainu Bappu Observatory; the other side has a printed image of an 1872 sketch of the telescope mount.
