A copy of report by P.N. Brandt and K.O. Keipenheuer entitled 'Inspections of the atlantic islands TENERIFE, MADEIRA and PORTO SANTO, first meteorological measurements at Tenerife', March 1971, in which they conclude that Tenerife would be the most favourable site for an observatory.
