Blackwell, Oxford University Observatory; R.H. Stoy, Royal Observatory, Cape of Good Hope; A.D. Thackeray, Radcliffe Observatory; D.W.N. Stibbs, St Andrews University Observatory, enclosing notes on peripheral equipment by I.G. van Breda and P.W. Hill; and C.W. Allen, University of London Observatory. The papers include Redman's comments on V.C. Reddish's letters and a handwritten chart showing astronomers' views of various aspects of the design.
