Scope and Contents The original typescript of this document was composed by Veronica Forrest (as she was then known) at the age of sixteen. Between the ages of sixteen and nineteen (1963-1966) she added annotations, notes, clarifications and other comments, as evidenced by her hand-written remarks throughout the document and on the back of typescript pages.
