Scope and Contents

'Medical Number.' In AT's hand, presumably no earlier than 1930 on account of its many references to Dr Joan Cooper. Includes poems, limericks, letters to the editor, and illustrations. Includes a limerick on 'The Lady Doctor', ie Joan Cooper, and 'Lament' - 'For a member of one of the Women's Colleges, detained during the Christmas vacation in the hospital of that institution by - - chickenpox', referred to as 'Diana' but presumably describing either Alethea or Agatha, with an ink drawing of a spotty young woman standing in front of Girton College; also a 'Superior Valentine for Dr Joan'.
