The file was probably compiled by Marie Belloc Lowndes, Susan Lowndes Marques and others: it has been listed as found and contains the following:
Letter in English to Louise Swanton Belloc [no date - 1830s?], from ?, saying that he is enclosing ‘a note (to add to your collection of autographs?)’;
Letter in French to Louise Swanton Belloc, 8 October 1835, from [?] Lucas de Montigny, concerning her health and his writings;
‘Harriet Beecher Stowe in a Paris Studio’: article from Christian Science Monitor January 1939, inscribed in pencil ‘Send to Mrs Belloc Lowndes’ - concerns a visit by H B S to J H Belloc’s studio, extracted from H B S’s ‘Sunny Memories of Foreign Lands’, 1854;
