Scope and Contents
Bessie comments on the life and autobiography of John Stuart Mill. She says politics here [in France] are no good and she can’t see a new order appearing. She has written to M[ary] M[erryweather] to encourage her to leave Liverpool for work in London. One page, together with two typescript pages comprising a transcript of most of this letter and also of most of GCPP Parkes 137a.
