Scope and Contents
Bessie writes at length of the death of Adelaide Procter and the reactions of those close to her including her mother, her sister Edith Procter, and Max [Matilda Hays], also the funeral at the Catholic cemetery at Kensal Green on 6 February. Bessie has discussed Barbara’s paintings with Mr Elfström with a view to exhibition. She will not be in Liverpool for long and is thinking of the possibility of travelling to Rome. Two pages.
