1) 'Mixed Pt II, 1957, with some earlier notes of W H T 1946': comprises notes and correspondence on proposals for a Mixed Pt II in Natural Sciences and the possibility of a four-year course, 1946-61, including a letter from W H Taylor, 1946; also includes correspondence and papers concerning applications from individual students to do a mixed Pt II;
2) '1961 Proposals': comprises papers concerning proposals for a Pt II physics option with emphasis on crystallography and solid state physics, 1961-62;
3) '1963 Proposals': comprises papers concerning proposals for a Pt II Tripos in Crystallography, including a draft scheme by W H Taylor and notes by Helen Megaw, May 1963;
4) 'Crystallography Pt II - 1965 plans': includes book lists, outlines of lectures, and copy letter from H M to 'Will' [W H Taylor], 14 August 1965;
5) 'Outline of teaching Pt II Crystallography 1971/2 plus Memoranda and suggestions for future courses': chiefly H M's notes and memoranda, also including Committee for Crystallography report on the content of lecture courses which would form the common core of a diversified Pt II (Crystalline State) to replace the existing Pt II Crystallography, 1971-73.
