Scope and Contents

Two buff folders containing some organisational papers but mainly reports and proposals from the Economic and Scientific Advisory Panels.
The first folder, labelled 'MTH Panels' includes a draft by Marjorie Hollond on the cost of the organisation (typescript, 22 pages, marked 'sent to Hambridge, Tolley, Scott-Wilson, Twentyman'), 24 Nov 1943, and her 'Proposed Permanent Organisation on Food and Agriculture' (typescript, 20 pages, marked 'copy to Twentyman (about 28 Nov '43)'). There is also the 'Notes on the Draft Constitution in relation to the Panels' Report' 13 & 15 November 1943, to which MTH contributed, and the 'Proposed Permanent Organisation: Economic Intelligence Service', 22 September 1943, which she probably wrote.
