Scope and Contents
Originally numbered 'Vol IX'. This volume is inscribed ‘Margaret S Willis, 8 Cavendish Avenue and Malvern Girls’ College’ [the latter is crossed out]. It is paginated 1-39 only. In this volume M W describes school work and activities, including geographical excursions, at Malvern Girls’ College (where she taught from 1925 to 1926) and her return visits to Cambridge during the school holidays. The entry for 2 January 1927 describes a long walk around the Fulbourn area of Cambridgeshire, including hand-drawn maps. A further family holiday in Spain is described in April 1927 [this is continued in the next volume].
