Scope and Contents
Simple stories for children, illustrated in colour. Mostly cautionary, moralising tales, presumably intended for Alethea and Agatha. At front of volume, 1 page reads 'Marks. Alethea - writing, 7; essay, 10; drawing, 8' and another page reads 'Marks. Agatha - writing, 8', surrounded by a child's mostly illegible hand, presumably Agatha's, in pencil.
