Scope and Contents

Three lecture series, all named.
‘British History Lectures for the USA’, 2 bundles of named lectures, unnamed lectures pinned together, and loose notes, all manuscript - approximately 20 lectures - covering British history up to and including the Civil War. The lectures are undated but probably given either 1924-25 while at Vassar or 1962-63 while Visiting Professor at Wellesley.
‘Economic Development of the Great Powers I & II’: 2 bundles of mostly named lectures [organised by secretary at Cardiff?], manuscript. The first bundle (I) is 8 lectures, second bundle (II), 6 lectures, undated. [probably between 1936-67].
‘American History’:, bundle of unnamed manuscript and typescript lectures [organised by secretary at Cardiff?], 5 lectures, undated [probably between 1936-67].
