Letter, illustrated with sketches of people, from [Elspeth Giles] to ‘Broad Bean’ [Margaret Wallis née Giles], addressed from Emmanuel College Lodge, Cambridge. The letter, dated 1 December 1921, is unfinished: it is accompanied by a note dated 8 November 1993 written by Barbara Wallis reading 'As this is unfinished and addressed by E M G [Mary Giles, mother of Elspeth and Margaret] it could have been found among Elspeth's things after her death'.
