[This volume appears to have begun as a record of the Central Fund of the Women’s Employment Federation and used to record loans from funds raised by the appeal broadcast by the BBC on 6 March 1937 on behalf of the Society, the Women’s Employment Federation, the Women’s Service and the Soroptimist Club of Greater London. It was later used to record loans from the Society for Promoting the Training of Women.]
