Scope and Contents
Correspondence concerning the following: solicitor’s fees (1934); the possibility of changing the Society’s name to the Women’s Loan Training Fund and the changes to the Memorandum and Articles of Association which that would necessitate (1945-48: after discussion it was agreed that the name should not be changed); preparation for the Society of a common seal (1956); proposed amendments to the articles of association to give the Society wider powers of investment (1959-61); and the Society’s powers of investment on the capital of the Pfeiffer Fund (1961-62).
