The orchard lies next to a tenement occupied by Richard Sherwood, miller (S) and another occupied by Joan Tayler, widow (N) and abuts (W) on the common street and (E) on a common lane; the close contains about half an acre and is next to the croft of the said Joan Tayler (N) and the other half of the close (S) and abuts (W) on the common lane and (E) on Banworth Field..
