The property comprises a barn with a yard on either side called the Hallyard; a yard called Cow Yard or Woody Yard with houses on it; a pasture called Mayden Crofts or Moodcrofts; 17½ acres of arable in Schachbow Leys; 20 acres of demesne lands called meane Landes with 50 foot and ½ an acre in Frith Fen otherwise known as Furthfenne; 15 acres called Cockfennsland with 2 acres in Frith Fen; a pasture called the close at the Towns end lying near the Priors close; a close called Coppiehall Close next to the parsonage; the college's right to sheepwalk; a house called the Shepeing, between Hall Close and the King's highway, with a yard abutting on the pound; a garden next to the churchyard near to the Guildhall.
