The three lives are those of Arthur Buckeridge,John Buckeridge and Nicholas Buckeridge, sons of Arthur Buckeridge. The lease is granted on surrender of a previous lease, dated 17 Sept. 1629 for three lives made by Arthur Buckeridge and his brother Nicholas Buckeridge of Lowsham [Lewisham?] Kent.
