The tenement which the Hawkins are to hold on the same terms on which it was held by John Standish and Audrey his wife lies between college tenements in the occupation of John Loder, S., and of Roger Fidling, N.
Note of bond in £5 to perform covenants and of endorsement allowing the lessees to sell or let the tenement or some part of it for the next five years but for no longer.
